As of June 1, 2023, the Jersey City Department of Recreation & Youth Development has moved to our new online system, Facilitron, for facility field permits and scheduling. While this will take a little time to have everything converted to reflect accurate availability, we ask that you please help us make this process as seamless as possible. First, we need to you create an account on www.facilitron.com/cityofjerseycity upload your current certificate of insurance.

Registration payments can now be made via credit card directly through the RecDesk portal, but if you prefer, cash or money order can be paid at the Pershing Field Ice Skating Rink, located at 800 Summit Avenue, Monday – Friday, 9am-3pm.

Additional information, such as proof of age or address, may be requested depending on each program’s prerequisites. In this case, please provide this information within 72 hours to secure your spot in the program.

COVID-19 UPDATE: While the City has resumed normal operations, we are taking the safety of our employees and residents seriously.
