Open Invitation - Food & Shelter Coalition Meeting on September 11

Members of the community are invited to attend an open meeting of the Food & Shelter Coalition on Tuesday, September 11, 2018, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The location is Old Bergen Church, 1st Floor, at 1 Highland Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07306.

The Food & Shelter Coalition is a nonprofit that works on homelessness and homeless shelters, as well as establishing more soup kitchens. At the meeting, you can discuss food and shelter concerns, meet and hear from community and agency members, and get info on resources for food, housing and homeless issues. This meeting is part of the planning process for the 1st Hudson County Anti-Poverty Homeless Summit, to be held in 2019. Another meeting is scheduled for November 13, 2018, at the same location and time.
