e-Government Transactions

Once the internet achieved the ability to process informational and financial transactions with speed and security, both the public and private sectors realized that it's better to have citizens and customers "online" rather than "in line".  The City of Jersey City agrees and realizes that your time is valuable and better spent doing the things you want to do.  The e-gov transactions below can help with that.  Right now, the list is fairly short, but as we digitize new forms, upgrade software, and modify our procedures, we'll add to the list.

Assessments
Check your property's assessed value (click "Records Search" and select Hudson County/Jersey City)

Property Tax Inquiry and Payment
Lookup and pay your property taxes  

Parking Tickets
Pay outstanding parking tickets 

Vendor Registration
Register your business with Bidsync, the City's online bidding and quote service (Coming soon!)

Online Documents
Download/read the current year's City Council, Planning Board, Zoning Board, and Historic Preservation Commission agenda/minutes.

Public Document Request
Download a copy of the OPRA Request Form.
