Description
The CHC provides a variety of services for children up to 5 years who are uninsured:

• Limited well baby clinic
• Immunizations from birth to 5 years by a physician
• Immunizations to children from 6 years  to 18 years by team of registered nurses
• Audit all day care centers and schools within Jersey City for compliance with immunization schedule
• Maintain data base of immunizations given to all children residing in Jersey City

Clinic Schedule

• Well baby clinic - Walk-ins and by appointment:  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 8:30AM - 10:30AM
• School clinic (6-18 years) - Walk-ins and by appointment: Wednesday and Friday, 12:30PM - 2:30PM
• Immunizations only (No physician available) - Walk-ins, Monday through Friday, 12:30PM - 2:30PM
