Description
The Preventive Medicine Clinic is open to Residents of Jersey City (with proof of residency):

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Registration:  9 to 10 a.m. and 1 to 2 p.m.

The Clinic provides free testing and free treatment for Sexually Transmitted Diseases:

• Women:  Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Chlamydia and HIV  (Ages 13 to 64)
• Men:  Gonorrhea, Syphilis, and HIV  (Ages 13 to 64)

Sex partners of infected individuals can receive treatment when they supply a copy of their partners' test results.
