Description
 

The CHC provides immunization services to children who reside in Jersey City who are uninsured or underinsured from birth to 18 years of age.  View or Download the Immunization Flyer.  

 

 

Additional Services 

 

  •  The clinic administers flu vaccines to children ages 2 months to age 5, and to Senior Citizens(a schedule will be posted during flu season). 
  •  The clinic conducts record audits on all licensed Daycare Centers and schools in  JC  for compliance with state requirements on immunizations. 
  •  The clinic also maintains a database of immunizations given to all children residing in JC. 
  •  The clinic participates in health fairs at schools, community based agencies and JC sponsored activities.

1.  Some residents have insurance and do not need the services of the Jersey City Children’s Health Clinic.  Some residents need expanded services, like dental services for their children.  In those cases, residents may need to go to a Federally Qualified Health Center.  Below, residents can click this link to search for Federally Qualified Health Centers near them:
